Berts Mega Mall complaint
I went in Bert's to get swingarm sliders for my 08 R6. They sold me the swingarm that was for the 07 instead and it didn't fit. I went back and told them that it didn't fit and that they had sold me the 07 part instead because i looked up the part number online for the 08 and it didn't match. The guy started to argue with me saying that it should fit until i finally made him look at the catalog again. They ordered the part and told me 5 - 7 business days.. IT"S BEEN 2 MONTHS and the part is still NOT in. They didn't call to inform me that it would take longer or anything.. I'm getting my money back and thats the last time i deal with Berts because there has been other incidents. Worst customer service ever.

if you looked it up online why dont you just order that *** your self...berts carries the parts not manufactures them....ITS NOT A DAM FACTORY PLACE>>>>and next time answer your phone to be informed!!!
